This slows down the faster moving 'technical parameters' thus enabling a better comparison with a stocks slower fundamental values prior to placing trades. The rules are clearly laid out in his "Strategy" .pdf which is available as a standalone purchase - although included free of charge as part of a membership subscription. In addition, the dozens of YouTube video programs he produces are well made and very instructive.
