Terrible service, very-unprofessional, rude, liar Terrible service, liars, time wasters. 2 weeks ago found a property with local estate agent and offer was accepted. I decided to go ahead with estate agent recommended mortgage advisor instead of my own one like any other estate agent who want you to use their own recommended advisor, because my mortgage was declined previously. Eventually I agreed. Spoke to this person who works for fivestarmortgages, took all required docs to local branch whatever was required and he arrived 15 late then the actual appointment was booked even he already re-scheduled mortgage appointment by half an hour. I spent almost an hour by going through all the mortgage questions in detail and he done everything, he also checked credit file as well but he couldn't find any reason why my previous application was declined and searched on system without my permission (it's called anti-money laundering and identity check) Which I found next day when I checked my credit file. To attend this mortgage appointment main aim was to go through everything, apply for agreement in principle and apply for mortgage once he satisfied with all the documents and he was satisfied on first day but he turned out liar put me off by saying I can apply now while you sitting or I can send you by email then he said he wants to speak with BDM on Monday to see why it was declined then I'll apply for AIP and submit mortgage application. Here Monday comes, waiting all day no response then I tried his mobile number no answer, dropped email no reply. Tuesday comes again waiting all day no reply, eventually I rang 5:30pm, disconnected my call. He didn't even bother to reply at all by text or call to say what's going on with my case, has he applied for anything for not yet. not bothered to give update at all. I have been chasing estate agents to find out what's going on what's happening, all I was told he is not in office they also don't know when he is gonna come in office, all they said he works for fivestarmortgages when he finished he will come, I think maybe next year if he didn't finish with them. He was responding to estate agents but not me. Finally after chasing estate agents then he replied to me. He was telling completely different story to estate agent and they were waiting for my response when I found out by saying mortgage adviser expecting some additional docs from me and he sent you email yesterday. I was very surprised, because I haven't had any email form him at all. All the docs had been given and there nothing was outstanding. what else need then finally got email next day afternoon which I should have received day before. Again I provided screenshots from HMRC website through my mobile phone to show tax and NI has been paid, this liar still not happy he wanted those screen shots with http links, if he don't know how to see screen shots in mobile phone with http link then that's not my problem. then finally I logged into gov.uk website took photos with http link showing my tax and NI has been paid and rest of the details and he still not happy. If he wanted these documents then he should asked from day one but he didn't, he is experienced mortgage adviser in the eyes of estate agent but I don't think and mortgage side he is quite far away. he will check with BDM then compliance officer then he will do something otherwise based in his own knowledge his mind doesn't work. what to say what was nightmare I was completely stuck with him. Finally he made an excuse he can't deal with my case, then I tried to call him to find out what's main reason even I have provided as much as information whatever he wanted. Again he didn't bother to answer my call. So rude. I don't know who made him mortgage adviser. Oh my god by doing this he wasted my full week. I regret if would have not chosen him to do my mortgage. I was very impressed on first day, I thought he is the person who can get me mortgage but I was wrong I appointed him to deal with my case. Same details I sent to another mortgage adviser, everything went so smoothly with mortgage application, no issues at all and accepted by lender. I won't recommend to anyone. you guys can imagine I 'm the first person on trustpilot leaving review for this company. Before me nobody even bothered to review this company on Trustpilot.
