Absolutely amazing service Absolutely amazing service. Joelle made my wife and I feel so comfortable during this pretty intimidating process. Her jovial and bright voice always gave us a sense that everything was OK and that she working hard for us. PLEASE SHOP AROUND We have 3 lenders on the table and RK mortgage always higher than others. RK also the hardest one to deal with. They agreed on the rate then next day they don’t agree with that rate anymore and unwilling to work for borrowers. We end up using preferred lender 30 year fixed, lower interest and lower points and also receive 5k closing cost incentive. Please shop around. They are not the best
