privacy.com is an excellent security tool I've been using privacy.com for several years. Although at first I had a few hiccups due to my understanding of card-vendor lock-in, how/when they assess/determine my available funds, etc. using privacy.com is now a very fluid and seamless way to limit "blast radius" of CC usage. I have many monthly "subscription" based cards for things like streaming services. I create many on-demand 1-off burner cards for things that I might do only 1x annually, like charitable giving or school expenses. I have spread the word to many friends and family.

Must have if you shop online at all I cannot imagine buying anything online without privacy.com. Thanks to them I can buy from any website or app without having to deal with PayPal or some other third party. Honestly the only thing I wish was different was no cash back but the app all it's own is fantastic and FREE.

I use it constantly for vendors I don't intend to have ongoing relationships with (or don't fully trust with account details).

Too many errors Too many errors. Sometimes cannot create virtual cards, sometimes transactions are denied when support says all is well. No one has any answers, and can offer no help. Cool idea, will be great when it works.

easy to launch the app easy to launch the app. The journey to completion of task is very straightforward.. .. not alot of extraneous options to work past. . . it just makes the card and you are done. love that.
