Anyone taking these is in a downward spiral toward bankruptcy. In most cases. by time you go bankrupt, they will have collected enough interest to cover your latest loan. Their ladder is a joke, and they discontinued any beneficial programs climbing their ladder was supposed to gain for you. In the end its all "Chutes" no ladder.
