So far......... So far, I have just started this adventure. I am pleased with the rep Jeff Brock. He explained everything in detail and when I emailed him his response time was almost immediate. I read through the negative reviews first then I read through the positive reviews and find that my experience is a positive one too! I understand that the payments are each day Monday through Friday and not on weekends or holidays and I am very pleased with that as it is easier for a small amount than a huge one right away.

I was a little hesitant at first but she walked me through the whole process and explained everyrhing to me perfectly. She helped make it an easy decision. Messaged her back another time when we needed additional funds and she got our request approved within minutes. Highly recommend working with her if you get the chance.

Customer Service for the win We were able to complete all the docs and submit on-line not having to close our retail side to go back and forth to a bank. Special shout out to Jordan and Kam for truly going an extra step every time we had a question, they were very patient and kind. I would recommend this team to everyone!

I was never able to reach an agreement… I was never able to reach an agreement with Reliant Funding but I did receive exceptional service with Jordan Read! She was super responsive and checked up everyday to make sure everything was smooth sailing and any questions I had were answered. I could not begin to thank her enough but I’m hoping this review can shed some light on how truly awesome she was!
