Bitcoin IRA The team at Swan helped me increase my Bitcoin holdings substantially by educating me on an In-service roll over from my 401k to a Swan Traditional Bitcoin IRA. No Bitcoin for you After sending them all the personal information they froze my account and told me I could not use their service. Lyn Alden recommends them which is why I used them. There has to be some glitch in their automatic review process or this is just a way to get your personal information. I am still scratching my head why they would not let me use their service. I am thinking of notifying my attorney general to look into their practices as something is amiss.

Swan Bitcoin is NOT better! Might be WORSE! I was very excited to leave Coinbase and Kraken after the horrible experience I’d had. I downloaded the Swan bitcoin app and I was excited to finally be on an app that seemed to have a company that shared my values and the values of bitcoin more broadly! Boy was I wrong. I set up auto-draft ach to come out of my checking account since I had intended on being out of the country for an extended period of time. Since the day I had selected was had already passed. So obviously it won’t clear out my checking account that I NEEDED for the trip I had planned to enjoy the having while in ATL getting a visa to visit an African Nation, RIGHT?! WRONG, WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! It came out early and ruined my trip and pushed back my trip to Africa to marry my Fiancé. Where I come from we have a say: “He who is faithful in what is little, will be faithful in much.” Swan Bitcoin clearly cannot handle something simple like this, that does not inspire the confidence I need for them to be trusted with handling my money! If they don’t trip over themselves to make this right, I’m going to jump down off Olympus and show them why treating customers like turds won’t be tolerated anymore. Updates to follow!

Swan is the best. Swan is efficient and fast. The staff I have dealt with have all been stellar. Also someone is really paying attention in this important pivotal time, as they pulled out of an agreement with Prime Trust months before they went bankrupt due, at least in part, to mishandling cold storage wallets, losing keys and whatever other shenanigans they were up to. Swan is obviously on the ball. Go Cory and crew!
