Honest Open Presentation An honest, open experience. I felt like the program was explained in a concise, comprehensive way that laid out the expectations in a reasonable manner. Which, by the way, was exactly what I experienced after my first year in the product!! I have had my annual review, and we have altered the plan a little bit to capture even more returns.
