5 Stars for Brandon. First of all Brandon is hands down a great guy, he did everything correct. He was prompt with handling our migration over from our previous factoring company. He was responsive when responding to our questions. My only complaint came from another person who could have made the end of the process a bit more seamless had she just read the email chain. This is it! After extensive shopping and research, we contacted a large list of factoring companies. My team formulated a spread sheet of both the pro's and con's of all the candidates. Axles package was in line with several of the competitors . One thing that stood out was their responsiveness and eager to assist . This was one of our many concerns as customer service is definitely evolving for the worst these days. We are very pleased in our decision to sign up and do not regret our decision in any way. The customer service care is wonderful… The customer service care is wonderful with Denim! I have often waited hours for a call back from other service providers with question I have had with my account leaving me very frustrated. Aren has been very helpful and responsive!
