GBDon’t explain the process upfront very…don’t do it They Don’t explain the process upfront very well and the fuel account was shut because we didn’t use it the way they felt ?! Again no instructions upfront.. our issue was that we were in violation of a policy we had no knowledge of and instead of speaking to us prior to shutting the cards off they abruptly shut them off !!! The set up process and instructions along with do s and Dont’s are seriously lacking !! An apology would be nice ...

She has went out of her way to make sure we have everything handled for our drivers during business hours and after hours! Hello, who does that on a normal basis?!
