Waste of Time and Possibly a Scam. I received a cold call (email) from Micheal (Mike) with the usual language representing Lion Head's lending abilities. After a pleasant call with Mike, I submitted the requested banking documents (which in hindsight was likely not a good idea). A day went by and I emailed Mike for an update. No response. I emailed again, only to have Mike send a one sentence response that there was no interest. This made clear that LionHead was a brokerage firm shopping applicants' financial data. It was represented that the underwriting and financing was done in house to avoid committee review and delays. I emailed Mike again and received another one sentence response and then no response to my last email. I'm now concern that I shared financial information without any protection that this was a scam just to access banking information. I would not recommend Lion Head or any of the many cold call emails.

Antwone Bowen Antwone Bowen, did a very good job throughout the entire process. He has very good communication skills, and I believe without his constant supervision that this deal my not have happened. However the process wasn't as easy as it was made out to be.

Mike did an amazing job Mike did an amazing job helping me secure a great deal for me and my company. He kept in constant contact the whole time and walked me through the process step by step. I have been through this space before and have had some terrible experiences, however Mike is one of the good ones. Thanks again to Mike and the team at lionhead for getting me a great deal.
