I love the simplicity and common sense approach to investing. The plans are easy to understand and paying with crypto significantly reduces processing time. I've contacted customer service a couple of times, and their response has been good. I wish I'd discovered them years ago.

I am often overseas I am often overseas so reaching them over the phone has been complicated due to time zones. Overall this is a rock solid company but some communication side improvements are necessary.

Easy to invest Found it easy to make an investment. Plenty of choice of investments depending on individual circumstances. It's also easy to check how your funds are doing. I have not tried to make personal contact so cannot comment on that.
