Multiple loans…I always come back This is the third time that I have worked with Damien L. Grant and his team and I must admit they have always been phenomenal from start to finish. We tackled 2 loans during this very volatile time of the pandemic. Damien was ahead of the game researching information and had answers to my questions with speed and accuracy. He was also impressively ALWAYS available to answer my questions while attending to the psychological part of the fluctuating process and put my mind at ease. He not only was able to deliver what he promised in the beginning, but, yet again he exceeded my expectations and did a phenomenal Job!! Experience was excellent. Damien is incredible and my experience buying a home and then doing a refi has been excellent. He's always there to answer any questions and goes into as much detail as you want to here. If you've never purchased a home or refinanced then he has no problem running you through every detail.
