She is a gifted connector and communicator ! I could not be happier ! Mike the sales manager with whom I spoke listened with attention and care, and was highly professional ! And, Holly who handled all the paperwork and financial details has every lovely quality that Becky and Mike have !!! And, I met and spent special moments with LAUREN too ! Everyone with whom I met is at the " TOP OF THEIR GAME professionally.....and, also at the top of the HEART/ PEOPLE SKILLS GAME ! Just a POSITIVE, PROFESSIONAL and UPLIFTING experience in everyway !!! I am 69 years old, and have MULTIPLE SCHLEROSIS. I have been in and out of a wheelchair, and the hospital, and spoonfed for 3 days in my worst flare....when my arms did not work. For almost 40 years I have worked tirelessly to figure out how to manage MS and keep this challenge in remission. At long last, I am able to do so. 🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈 I have not owned a car in 13 years ! GBFor reasons beyond my control my credit… For reasons beyond my control my credit history had issues. I was fairly reluctant to even approach a dealership about a car, although my income is solid. Wayne contacted me at the time set for a phone appointment, and he met me at the dealership, and he found me a vehicle that met my needs, with no fuss whatsoever. He made it happen.
