Two issues Two issues, there's a lot of great software resources but it's not clear which of them are provided with my account and which ones require a fee. Secondly I'm having problems getting the dtPro program to recognize my username and password. I sent in an email for technical support but received no response. I realize I could just call my broker and go through him, but I'd rather not waste his time asking questions about how to operate the program. I'd rather direct questions his way that refer specifically to trading.

I have needed to contact them on a few occasions & my representative ALWAYS answers that phone regardless of what he may be doing at the moment.
