My partners and I were in the process of refinancing 7 of our properties. Shervin Modir the loan master I worked with Shervin Modir on my cash out refinance. He was available and diligent when I needed him….and was able to close my loan in about 4 weeks. I was able to get the cash out I needed and now I am looking to purchase a couple more investment properties with him again. This process was effortless This process was effortless. The agent who helped with my loan was Vaughn and I loved how he knew my paperwork in and out. They funded my loan and we closed on the property 18 days after receiving the appraisal! I never knew that was even possible. I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them.

Slightly above average service Michael was nice but made some promises and gave us incorrect information multiple times . Also increased interest APR on us last minute right before closing. The loan process took way longer than promised. Besides that it wasn't the best experience but it wasn't the worst. Average lender and tactics

Thee worst company on Earth Thee worst company on the face of the Earth! Don't do it! Worst 6 Months of my life. So much time and money wasted. The positive reviews are fake.. As you see they are are within the last year or so. Don't know how they are legally still in business with their practices. Find another company. Go to LIMAONE or KIAVI. That's what I had to do to get my remaining properties refinanced, They'll give you rates and stick to them Unlike Loan guys. I lost an EMD dealing with these scammers. With them My closing was pushed back 4 months and I was given about 7 different rate sheets after they locked and I payed about $2000 in appraisals and they used they to their advantage. And the rates just kept changing and changing at closing my rate was TWO POINTS higher than what was given post being approved, Again, DONT DO IT. I'm trying to tell you.
