In addition to saving me a HUGE chunk of my closing fees (about $11,000), the Hauseit team has been very supportive in the context of a very difficult transaction. I would highly recommend Hauseit to anyone purchasing a condo/home...I have never heard of any company who gives you back 2% of the brokers' commission to be applied towards closing costs before I was referred to Hauseit by a friend. Highly recommended or buyers Amazing experience working with Adam and the team at Hauseit! We recently purchased a new home and reached out to Hauseit to take advantage of a the closing credit for home buyers. It was a great experience. Adam represented us well through the transaction. Should have hired them earlier! I am generally a distrustful person and thought that most of these reviews were generated by Hauseit or their relatives/friends. How else to explain such consistent positive reviews. After 4 agonizing weeks of open houses and zero offers we took a chance and hired them. The next week, we got offers and are now in contract negotiations at a price that we are very pleased with. Chris was amazing and went above and beyond what I expected. He was very responsive and patiently explained eveything. Don't wait four weeks, hire this company immediately! They are definitely worth it!
