I have been dealing with Mark for… I have been dealing with Mark for almost a year. When all hope was lost he was able to help and if he wasn't able to help he told me up front but still went through what other options I had. I hadn't spoke with him in a few months and had to search for his number today and called him out of the blue with a question he had no personal tie to and he was happy to help and give advice.
