My business had an excellent experience… My business had an excellent experience with Rise Up Capital. One of their selling points is customer service. I did not want to do the application completely on their website because I am always cautious of revealing personal information online. I called Rise Up Capital directly and spoke to someone who helped me apply over the phone. Rise Up Capital was very accessible to me and I had no issues. As an entrepreneur, I respect companies that take customer service seriously. I needed to provide bank statements as proof of income with identification. The funds were directly wired to my business account within a day of approval.

good people unfortunately we actually did not get approved but this was the only funding company that actually replied to my inquiries and let me know we were not approved instead of ghosting me… super frustrating with the rest.. so I appreciate that.. if you don’t get approved they will let you know why and what you can do to dramatically increase your chances of approval within 2-3 months.. good people.
