As a carrier, it’s easy to get caught up in your everyday duties, responsibilities, and forget about what keeps you going whether internally or externally. Ms. Rogers has been working our account for some time now and she has always been a joy to work with. She’s professional and genuinely cares about helping her customers. Time limits on invoice submission was … Time limits on invoice submission was an issue as in some cases it is more than 2-3 weeks before invoicing could be submitted. Also, There documentation leaves something to be desired. I rarely got a statement of when an account was settled or how much I paid in fees. I was like pulling hens teeth to get an accounting.

I have had no problems with this … I have had no problems with this company and once everything was set up they paid almost immediately with the first 90% and as soon as the companies that were being factored paid they paid the other 7%. I recommend this company 100%
