I have been with BridgeWell Capital for… I have been with BridgeWell Capital for almost two years. I recently called in to inquire about my account and received very poor customer service. I was disrespected beyond belief and accused of not honoring my loan agreement. I have never been late on a payment nor done anything to default on the agreement. The representative was accusatory and argumentative. I informed him that I would not be degraded with lies and false accusations. I requested to speak to his supervisor, he informed me that no one was available and would not be available to talk with me. BridgeWell has acted in a very unprofessional manner resulting in my withdrawal as a client along with those I know in the business and beyond.

First Time Investors John and Sabrina were great throughout the entire process. This was our first time using private capital so we were not completely sure what to expect. John pretty much walked us through step by step and also told us to make sure we reach out to him directly if we had any questions during the renovation. It was good to know that BridgeWell had our backs. Kudos to the entire BridgeWell Capital team and we will definitely be using them on our next investment property.

Amazing Lender! I came across BridgeWell Capital online and I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Kaitlyn McQuinn was my account executive and she did an amazing job! My file was closed very smoothly. I took out a loan on one investment property so far but will use BridgeWell for all my real estate investments. The interest rates are high but this is the norm in the industry and Kaitlyn walked me through every step.
