Everyone at ocean park did a fantastic… Everyone at ocean park did a fantastic job. They helped me refinance my mortgage and get my business the erc grant funds under the cares act. They always picked up their phone when i called, or got back to me right away if i left a message. My account manager was Ryan and he was so professional, courteous, and patient with me. I also got the pleasure of interacting with Steve and Joanna. Everyone from the team was great to deal with. They even respond to emails at 11pm at night! These folks deserve 10 stars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who might be considering doing something with their mortgage or looking for funding for their business. They are now looking into helping me with a SBA loan as well. Thank you guys!

I highly recommend this financial… I highly recommend this financial organization especially if you’re looking to refinance your home. They were simple and easy to work with and didn’t play any games. Sam and Steve were very professional and got me the rate I was looking for on my conventional loan. Brutally honest and best customer service. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.
