Updated Review Surprised by all the good reviews as my experience has been quite differrent. After website generated basic appraisal value and loan offer, QuantmRE proceeded to disappear. Failed to make scheduled phone contact. So far has failed to provide a written offer so that actual terms can be understood and compared. While offer was best, could not go forward without information. Very strange R. Albert UPDATE 04/25/2023 - contact finally occurred and manager from QuantmRE outlined problems that had led to his delay. Then he went on to fully explain QuantmRE's capabilities, as well as fully clarify the details in their offers and in comparison to other lenders as well as how QuantmRE would fit in with my needs. Was very impressed with his skills and presentation and would very much consider them a good option.
