GBDemocratizing alternative investments… I like that this app and company allows investors to access private assets at a small minimum. I have lots of real estate and overall investing experience but the minimums are typically really high. Getting started in high-end vacation rentals that I like is complex and yet the best properties in the best locations with the best amenities and features, should do better than the average vacation rental. I like the opportunity to diversify across various assets and not just have exposure to stocks, bonds and traditional assets.
