I inherited my late mother’s house I inherited my late mother’s house. She was sick with cancer and stopped making payments 3 months before she passed away. Jimmy and Ashley got me current on the mortgage and even lowered the payment so I could afford to rent it out. Ashley is a saint. She was very patient with me and kept me updated. I really appreciate everything Ashley and Jimmy did to save my house. I would have lost my mothers’ house if it wasn’t for Cardinal Branch.

They are vary professional and knowledgeable and at the same time they understand the frustration and hard times dealing with the banks. They felt the pain and hurt i was going thru and made it more reassuring, it was going to be ok. I felt that I was in good hands working with F******sco. I thank you guys. Mike Goldberg is the best!! Mike Goldberg is the best!!! My husband and I lost our jobs due to Covid about 1.5 years ago which made us fall behind on our mortgage. My case manager was Mike. He was absolutely amazing. He was very patient through this process from the beginning to the end. He was always available to answer our questions and concerns. Mike always took the time to check in on us every week to make sure that we feel comfortable. Again he is the BEST! Thanks Mike for saving our home from foreclosure!!!

Horrible company Horrible company! They are responsive until they get your money! Once they have your money it is hard to get a hold of anyone. They really do not do anything that you can not do yourself.
