I'm realy not sure what I expected I'm realy not sure what I expected. I was just looking for a broad estimate of what the loan rates would be and how much I could barrow. With in seconds of me hitting the enter button my phone it blew up with calls and it continued for several days. The lender I chose has been great to work with and we are almost ready to close. I will say the Rocket Mortgage was a little aggressive, not sure if I was talking to a computer, he would stop long enough for me to tell him we had already made a decision on a lender.

I await approval of my loan I await approval of my loan, but even if I don't get it I will find out in a timely manner and will know why. Aliyah stays on top of things, does things in proper order, does her research and touches bases with me. This is a company that is very well organized and has superior training and staff.

I was provided with details of all options that I asked for without any hesitation. whatever I was promised I received.
