Still waiting on my plates and registration haven’t been able to drive my car for 25 days because it doesn’t have the proper documentation, call every other day and all they do is pass you around to other reps that don’t want to even give you there name. DONT BUY WITH THEM 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ganas auto is the worst experience of… Ganas auto is the worst experience of purchase most likely ever!!!!! Got a 2017 passat broke down 3 months later transmission just leaked out oil on spot. Then I called they picked it up and had it in for about 3 months I was calling almost everyday after the 3rd month. I lost my job then they called me threatening repo and added a repo on my credit ... 2 1/2 yrs later I still owe them 14k and started at 14k I've paid them 20k already and still at 14k... It will not go down and if it does they add charges like insurance even though I got insurance... DONT GO TO GANAS I repat don't go to ganas they steal I'm planning a lawsuit I'm still under 3 yrs just finding someone becouse nobody picks lawsuits from used car dealers they make no money ...

Best choice for a used car I went there, even though I had read a lot of negative reviews, and congratulate myself for doing so. I was helped by Gabriel S. Gonzalez, whom despite being so young, is extremely friendly, courteous, respectful and and hardworking. My credit score is challenged, yet he went above and beyond to help me drive off in the car that I wanted. The entire process was seamless and quite easy. I liked the step by step video explanation of the sales documentation, and thanks to Gabriel and his Sales Manager, I drove off the lot in a gorgeous car.
