They only wait for opportuned time, they now stop your withdrawal and offer you upgrade and request you to deposit more. If you add more, they upgrade you and request you to deposit more. They keep skillful customer service, 24/7 to give confidence to innocent users and watch for opportunities. Your money will be appearing as balance but you cannot withdraw and cannot reinvest. If their business is crypto mining and forex trading as they say, by keeping your account stagnant (i.e when you can neither withdraw nur reinvest), both are suppose to loose money. It is clear that their business is to scam the gullible. Be warned.
