Been pretty disappointed in the app… Been pretty disappointed in the app lately. It has glitched multiple times and not documented payments I have made or money I have put into savings. I was so excited to be reaching my goals, only to be totally let down that it wouldn't shoe up on the app. Customer service was really helpful at first. The last time I sent a message about an issue I had of several payments not being documented, savings not being documented, and my goal actually going up rather than down after said payments, I sent screenshots of my issue. The customer service rep did nothing to help. Very disappointed with Debbie right now. Hoping it improves soon.

They are teaching me how to get out of… They are teaching me how to get out of debt and stay out of debt. It takes a while to be able to cash out, but it keeps me participating and following the program.

Not worth the effort App didn’t work well. Information was not helpful. Took forever to get a reward. The connection to accounts would not stay.

Constantly Evolving Debbie has got me to think about finances differently. I used to think it was all or nothing and while going through the modules I was able to see that finances aren’t all black and white. I learned how to retrain my mindset which has set me up for success.

Fun and Motivating Debbie is a fun way to learn budgeting tips, ways to save, and ways to create side income. And the rewards are real and exciting to earn and watch it grow! It has been great watching my debt decrease on the Debbie app, and getting rewarded for it!
