Even though at times Even though at times, needing cash and things have been tough, usually most of the customer service reps really don't have a lot of sympathy. Don was patient and led me thru the process with as little stress as possible. It's natural that the interest rate is high, but be adult folks. If everything was perfect, you'd go to your local bank and get the rate you need. I would recommend them and Don as well.

Company refuses to simply send a simply… Company refuses to simply send a simply statement with the company's name and address. Refused to supply adequate accounting on account. Theo website has been down for over a month and will not even share a payment link. We were given 2 other companies that the account was being servicing, none on that information was true.
