GBWhere's your Customer Service ???????? What I dislike about your so called "customer service/help phone number" is that I have called twice to ask a question about my upcoming payments thru my Visa credit card as, Do you, Credova, debit my credit card for the amount you have listed in my contract on the date it is to be paid??? I left a message per the automated voice both times and still NO ONE CALLED ME !!! So where is your customer service you mention in your contract?????? Forgot to mention, I thought I was to pay a payment every month for 4 months, but the payment section shows my making a payment on May 1st then again on May 15 and then again on May29 and the last payment on June 12, 2024. Doesn't sound like 4 months to pay does it. I'm having to make a payment EVERY 2 WEEKS according to my payment schedule in my contract. But I couldn't reach their "Customer Service People" to ask about my payment schedule. They were TOO BUSY to even RETURN MY CALL !!!!!!

GBQuick and simple, very impressed Easy application, quick response, reasonable terms for payment. Overall just great experience. In this current economy some people just need a way to spread out their money over a short time. Every year around this time I purchase a gift for my birthday. This year was going to be a little tight but with Credova I was able to purchase my gift and have no worries about making a few payments instead of one larger payment. I will definitely be using this a little more often. Thank you

GBI was given an unclear answer upon… I was given an unclear answer upon applying through a merchant. At the end it said there were no offers available. What does that mean? If there are no offers why did it ask for my social and other personal info? Are they saying I don't qualify or that they are just not working with that particular merchant? Either way, ran my credit for nothing...
