I need help this company is a total… I need help this company is a total joke I paid off my loan earlier due to being in a process of purchasing a property, and is been 5 Month they will not update that I paid it off the loan. during my loan process I was told that they do not report to credit Bureau, but a few Month through out my loan I got an email stated they would start reporting. they will not send me a pay off letter, kept on giving me the run around each times I called them they will mention that they working on it

Terrible company I applied for a loan… Terrible company I applied for a loan from them I was pre-approved up to 35,000 then I submitted my bank statements which they could look at then they wanted the last 3 months and then told me a rep would contact me 1-4 days with the terms. Only to turn around 4 days later and tell me I was declined
