Excellent Service from Ruben in customer service I think the only reason I'm giving such high marks is because of Ruben in customer service. We talked so often he recognized my voice and called me by name. I had no problem with there previous clearing house but Electronic Transaction Clearing Inc .was a pain! True I was trying to extract my money and close my account as I needed the money elsewhere but without Ruben's help I don't think I would have survived it.
