Hip and joint supplements, working miracles... I started my interest in pet joy products for my girlfriend's 14 year old Labrador. I ended up getting the hip and joint for him, the Balance probiotics for her 3 year old lab mix and the Thrive vitamins for all three dogs. Great product, inconsistent service The supplements are great. However I’ve been charged multiple times on a subscription and only received the supplements half of the time. They apologized for it and gave me a $10 discount. They billed me again with the discounts but I still haven’t received any of the supplements. So, I hope at some point they answer my numerous emails since I can’t talk to anyone on the phone. It’s all automated

Devious Sales Practice I ordered some dog-itch supplement from an ad i saw on Instagram. I included a bottle of multi-vitamins. Unbeknownst to me, they put me on a subscription plan. So after receiving the next shipment, I went on their website and cancelled future deliveries and had my bank note a "do not pay" future charges on my credit card account. I was told this is now common practice so beware! Last time I buy anything through Instagram. The world seems to be full of scammers!
