He's very passionate with cutomer service and I'm blessed to have him as my "Debt resolution point man". Also within the first two months they settled my Discover account with a 70% reduction while they quoted me at 50%, so as I can see now they under promised and over delivered saving me even more than anticipated. They saved me that extra 20% and I should now finish my program 2-5 months early.
