Very customer centric and helpful I run a 500 plus member Investing Group on Seeking Alpha. Naturally, there are outside questions surrounding subscriptions, renewals, upgrades from monthly to annual, and some occasional churn. The SA subscription team has been great to partner with and very responsive, a must in fast paced world. They are very customer centric, think and act like smart business people.

He was patient, extremely helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the services offered by the various subscriptions at Seeking Alpha. I really like this organization, as they take achieving high investment returns very seriously. I am truly glad I am a subscriber to Seeking Alpha, and look forward to a long time of solid recommendations and returns from this company.

False charges, little valiue They put me on autorenew, I cancelled and they still charged me for up coming year and will not refund. The product in itself is poor and the service is worse. Stay away.

Lots of contradictory reviews, IMPOSSIBLE to get money back. The two stars are because they do publish a huge amount of information. Reason for not renewing: With very few exceptions... you will receive 5 messages with BUY ratings and 5 messages with sell ratings (for the same stock, again and again) I let the first year go by and the same day of Renewal I told them to please cancel, I called my CC (Citi) and told them to reverse that charge. Seekingalpha fought tooth and nail and got the CC company to say that even though I reversed the charge THE EXACT DAY of the transaction, I was FORCED TO BUY such useless service. To add insult to financial injury... I was forced to accept their service at $239 per year of BUY-SELL ambiguous contradictions and: I CANNOT EVEN LOGIN because Seekingalpha cancelled my FORCED premium service. Honest suggestion: Steer clear! I pay for M...Y Fo...s every year! Much more serious, much less ambiguous and no FORCED subscriptions.
