INVESTORS SHOULD STAY AWAY INVESTORS SHOULD STAY AWAY If you're thinking about investing with Kickfurther, don't. While the co-ops seem to have a number of protections such as personal guarantees, UC filings, etc, in practice, none of these are ever used. Kickfurther instead hides behind co-ops failing to meet a vote of "no confidence" by the co-op lenders to take no action against any of the companies that have failed to payback lenders. On it's face, this seems democratic but Kickfurther doesn't take into account lenders abstaining from a vote and since most lenders aren't actively participating on the platform NO VOTE CAN EVER GET OVER 50%. What Kickfurther should do, is look at what percentage of people that voted on an action were in favor or against (aka how any other vote in politics, the boardroom, etc works).

I looked for investors...but I will become one.... I looked for investors for my e-commerce business thank God I found this company, now I started the process I looked here on the reviews on trust pilot I see that all the companies what required funding are happy but not all the investors.. so I am a company looking for funding,so for me it should be pretty easy... But here it comes they protect the investor like crazy, they make sure you can pay back Even if the deal goes south... they make due diligence like crazy they base everything on hard data so I plan now into being an investor....

I worked with Matt Hughes, he is an amazing person to work with. He exceeded my expectations in every way. His level of commitment and professionalism is incredible.

Don't do it I started investing with KF in 2019. I've had a net loss over that time period because deals keep going south and KF doesn't do anything to enforce payment. Some deals work out great. But in my experience as a whole, you are much better off finding something else.
