Oxford Gold Group stole my IRA account… Oxford Gold Group stole my IRA account to the tune of $109,000. I received a letter from Equity Trust Co., dated February 9, 2024, advising me that Delaware Depository never received my precious metals that were due in their facility in May of 2023!! Oxford will not return my calls or my attorney's calls nor will they respond to emails. I have filed a police report which the police stated this case is a grand theft matter. I also filed a complaint with the State of California Attorney General's Office and a complaint with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office. I am a senior citizen and Oxford stole every cent of my retirement funds! I will be going to the News Stations next!

If not for the equity Trust Company, I would still be unaware to this date, almost a year, this May that my "$50000 in gold and silver had not been deposited in the Delaware depository that Oxford gold had assured me It would be.Three times I've contacted them and three times I have not had my phone call return. Or they told me they would get back with me and did not. I'm started to think I've been taken.

Get actual dollar figures not spot pricing spreads on commions If new to investing in gold or silver be sure and find out exactly what the spread/ commission you will be charged. I withdrew 401 k money to purchase gold/silver coins. After 2 years of gold appreciating approx. 15%. Because of the Spread/commission that was never made clear to me. The value of my account has lost 7k . Be prepared to ask what you will be charged up front.in Dollar terms not spread terminology. It will take me another 5 years of gold appreciating at 10% a year just to get even. Very deceptive if you are a newbie. My contact there starts with a M and ends with a T. Be very cautious. I learned the hard way. Very unsatisfied. Will steer everyone I know away.
