Optimized the way I do business Collective has taken a huge burden off my shoulders and saved my business quite a bit of money. Look money isn't my strong suit (other than making it), and to know I'm in good hands is :chefs kiss:. It allows me to focus on the more important things in business.

UPSELL UPSELL UPSELL You're not going to work with someone in America. If you care about that, that's going to be an issue. I explained my situation and they were happy to take my $3,700. I just got an email that they want me to form a new LLC for an additional $500. I guess my first $3700 wasn't enough of an upsell. I haven't received an email back and now I'm seeking a refund with a company that has no contact number or phone support. Just a sinle email. Sketchy.

The most patient, helpful team! As a graphic designer, I am the first to admit that I would rather focus my time on creative projects than bookkeeping and taxes. Love this service! I've used Collective for over 2 years now to set-up and assist with my S-Corp, and it has been a life saver. I had no idea what I was doing before using them, and random tax and regulatory things will pop up that I would not have known/paid/understood if Collective had not flagged them for me and been there to answer my questions. Before using Collective (they weren't available in my state at the time) I also tried to find another service that does the same thing, but after weeks of looking I literally could not. Some companies do parts of what Collective does, and some do others, but none of them did it all. I recommend Collective 100% and I'll continue using them for sure! :)
