Different amount needed to be paid than original amount quoted Because my medicine cost more than the website said it would my Penguin Pay card could not be processed. As I was standing at the pharmacy a representative from Penguin Pay called me, got the new amount programmed in, and I was able to get my medicine payment processed right then. I didn't have to call Penguin Pay and sit on hold forever and then go back to the pharmacy to get my medicine. Penguin Pay was on top of things. I appreciate their promptness and patience in getting the new amount processed for me so I could get my much needed medicine.
