Bought a couch through Acima Bought a couch through Acima. I think their payment system could be better instead of every two weeks having the payment come out of your account once a month. Overall the process was easy . Paid it off within the 90 days to avoid all that extra interest

If I could leave no stars I would If I could leave no stars I would. This is has some of the worst business practices I’ve ever seen. People please please do not borrow from Acima. Borrow from a family member, neighbor anyone but this company. This company has you sign a “contract” without any disclosure of the fine print. And the merchants offering Acima are well aware of the disgusting terms and conditions and practices. This company is literally an an attack on the middle class.

I don't like that you have the option… I don't like that you have the option to pay my lease off early but yet I was charged an extra $30 to do so, that's dumb af and defeats the purpose of paying it off early. Katapult is way better, I tried to give a different company a try and was disappointed. I'll stick to what I know moving forward.

Financing with the option of extended… Financing with the option of extended payments or a 90 days pay off was great. I chose the 90 day plan. Upon making the final payment, my loan was closed without any problem. Acima customer service reps are very nice and fully explain their company's policies and customers' payment options. I will use them again for future financing.
