Nexo removed the xrp repayment button (WITHOUT NOTICE) due to their "SEC vs Ripple lawsuit concerns" because they didn't want to transact in a potential unregistered security. BUT they DIDN'T halt ALL xrp transactions as they allowed their platform Oracle to automatically liquidate us for up to 95% of our accounts (for those of us using xrp as collateral for a credit line). We contacted Nexo about this and they simply hid behind their newly edited terms and conditions. Unfortunately for them, we took screenshots of the original terms and conditions. Nexo has like 5 shells of their company in other countries but state that arbitrations or lawsuits need to be done in the UK (same place they closed down one of their locations already). Come to find out they used to be in Switzerland, Estonia, Cayman Islands, UK...now we are finding that they have a US entity registered in like 5 states. SHADY AS HELL!!! STAY THE F*** AWAY IF YOU ENJOY NOT BEING ROBBED!!!
