managing expectations I read all the relevant information for this loan broker.Normally i ignore or delete such solicitations but it sounded interesting so i supplied the information. i also don't normally write reviews but as an internet retailer who uses trust pilot i realize the importance of feedback. So here it is. i indicated my preferred method of contact was e mail. I received an acknowledgement stating i would be contacted in less than 10 minutes. i was not contacted either by e mail or phone and it has been about three hours. i did receive a request from Trust Pilot asking me to review their services.
