Ontrack has really been amazing Ontrack has really been amazing. After working with them on a bridge loan in December, they were now able to secure me a line of credit of 750k over 5 years. A representative named Max really was a pleasure to work with. He secured my beige loan and when the term ended, he secured my line of credit as promised. I highly recommend calling Ontrack and hearing about their programs.

Company is a fraud Company is a fraud. I made the mistake of attempting to get business funding through them. They stated they had to do a short term, high interest loan with a third party before they could offer a lower interest 36 month loan for the same amount, paying off the short term after 4 payments. Contracts were signed for both loans. 36 month term was to begin 2/1/2023. Several attempts to contact Ontrack by phone, text and email have been ignored. They wont even answer their phones (except for the two times they did answer and pretended they could not hear me. In addition, after submitting emails to the listed customer help desk, I received an email that two contracts have been voided in DocuSign. The contracts are not there and this was done after the effective dates of the contracts. I have names, dates of conversations, text messages and email. This companies fraudulent business practices have created a financial hardship. Much of this falls on e but I trusted The Trustpilot and BBB ratings for this company.

I called this company in desperate need… I called this company in desperate need of funds to save my business I was very skeptical as no banks would help I gave all my info and within 24 hrs they secured me a loan for 120k with a 18 month term I was so happy and grateful.

DO NOT TRUST THEM They are not clear… DO NOT TRUST THEM They are not clear in their deals. They also take out 4000 plus 2000 dollars on 40 thousand dollar loan plus 128 percent interest They never mention the 4000 till the last and they will slip the paperwork in as a an addendum and if you miss you are screwed They will tell you that if you do this deal that you will get abtter deal after the 5 payments are up. But the other deal only you sign it They will never sign it, but from what i saw on BBB this is just a story to rope you in and then screw you over. Please go read all the complaints about this company on BBB They are the worst company to deal with My worst nightmare is this company. Go To Fora financial people there are upfront No gimmicks
