I got scammed by a fake trading account… I got scammed by a fake trading account system and thanks to this company I have been able to recover part of the funds I transferred to the scammer... Overall I can say I am satisfied by the service, especially for the bank related side.

I got a call from FRG I got a call from FRG. FRG was very sympathetic to my case. At no point they pressured me to go ahead and deal through FRG... they were forthcoming with all relevant information to help me with my case.

Fast Refund group is scam Fast Refund group is scam, all they do were to tell me to file dispute with banks by myself which I have done all them before I hired them. They said they have lawyers and better strategy to get my money back in a few weeks. They drafted formulated letters with some "better" wording, as matter of fact, they kept writing wrong statement in every letter so I have to correct them over and over for each letter. They did not respond to me for weeks, Some time after many weeks they responded saying “they are working on the next effective step”. After I waited for weeks, they came out with the same dispute letter with the exact same letter (only change the dates). After they are out of tricks, they change to a new person, and repeat everything previous persons had done, and the person go to no responsive routing for weeks, then they change to another person (change 4 persons), to repeat over again. I have been told "after this step, they have more effective strategy", but they never bring me any thing effective steps. Now eventually, they totally ignore all my emails. Fast Refund Group is scam, totally.
