The Lemfi app is very efficient. The Lemfi app is very efficient, I'm able to make financial transactions with ease, either sending or receiving.

I had an issue with my account I had an issue with my account; contacted customer support about it and the issue was promptly resolved.

They are trusted but their customer… They are trusted but their customer service is horrible !!! They take too long to answer and they eventually don’t even give you the help you need directly. We can be exchanging emails but the customer service would take 2 business working days to respond and the problem hasn’t even bern resolved yet.

These Nigerians are full of crap These Nigerians are full of crap. Opened up an Account with LemFi and did not use their services at all as the app didn’t allow me. I emailed them and they kept asking me for source of funds etc although I had t even made any transactions with them. I complained and they said they closed my account as I don’t meet section 8 of their terms and conditions which didn’t even apply to me. However iam using a friend LemFi account to send money which is downloaded on my phone.

It’s a good platform to get my money… It’s a good platform to get my money from my home country to Canada. I will appreciate if the Rate is been adjusted a little bit aside from that, every other thing is good
