Stressful and unprofessional experience Though Shashank at the end helped close the loan on time by pulling extra strings, overall experience working with one of his staff was stressful. Too many times I had to follow up on errors observed in documents without successful resolution until the very end. I was told that the insurance I had purchased was incorrect after about a month just 2 days before closing. I didn’t know the amount required at closing until evening before the closing day. I have had closed mortgage loans before but this was by far the most unprofessional experience.

Deceptive tactics targeting Veterans… Deceptive tactics targeting Veterans with spam and mailings that look like missed payments. Their website also has misspelling’s (ie “Fine your rate”) and different addresses, so its strange to be able to trust a company like that. I called to see what the deal was, mainly to see if they needed to be reported as a scam to the VA. Not surprisingly, even though I asked nicely, they hung up on me. Thats usually an indicator. IRRRLs are the same everywhere, please use a reputable source.
