NGI have been enjoying your services for… I have been enjoying your services for some time now. It has help me grow my business. But some days ago I applied for a renew of my loan which I sent a mail to you atteching my account statement. You send that I did not use my access bank account well which I later sent you my second account statement but till date you have not sent me a reply to no my stand which am not happy with.

NGLong awaiting period for facility processing Unlike before, now lidya facility takes almost a month to access. This is not the lidya used to know when others has upgraded their system of concluding everything within few hours atmost 24hours, this is not good for the company at all.

NGThe way they give loans within… The way they give loans within short-term make me to proud with them all the time. And I have two suggestion: if possible 1. Let lidya extend the repayment period to weekly or monthly 2. Let the management of lidya to expand and enlighten their financial institutions especially to the Northern part of the country. NGReapplying for loan takes much time Reapplying for loan takes much time. At least when one clears and he/she wishes to reapply, it shouldn't take more than a day to get all things done. Because some might be in financial problems at that very moment. The one week period it takes Lydia to disburse it too long please. Something should be done on that. At least disbursement should not take 2 to 3 days after reapplying. Thanks
