Very poor customer service I've politely asked Money Map Press via email to delete my account, and each time they avoid the subject and respond tangentially, ensuring they keep my account on record. 7 polite emails requesting them to delete my account and still they refuse do so and refuse to reply to my emails.

a wonderful conversation… I just had a wonderful conversation with MMP's Customer Service, namely....Garrett P. I was in very sour mood (filled with tension) when I called to cancel my subscriptions. After actually listening to Garrett, he , somehow managed to ease my tension, NOT cancel anything....just adjust, and by the end of the conversation, actually had me laughing and smiling!! He was so pleasant, I couldn't help but be nice back!! lol NOT an easy task either!!! Thank you, Garrett!!! and Thank you Money Map Press! Shah and Tom....Love you guys!!!

Tom Gentile ‘s “4 Days to $400” was an excellent experience. Tom Gentile ‘s “4 Days to $400” was excellent for experienced option traders. Tom explained the process in detail, however, as someone who has never traded options before, it was very challenging. Perhaps if he mentioned that it would be preferable to use a separate device to execute the trade, I may have been able to follow along. I did manage to execute the trade later, but it was not nearly as lucrative. However I did enjoy the course very much and learned from it. I must say that I am amazed by Tom and his very powerful tools. If I had the money and the time to watch all the videos, I would take all of Tom’s programs. Perhaps in the near future I’ll have both.

Warlocks World and the VWAP indicator… Warlocks World and the VWAP indicator has made all the difference to my trading. I used to think this idea of "a days pay" of $300 was a lofty goal, and have tripled and now quadrupling my goal with consistency (my p+l is going parabolic). I really like being taught how to fish. Kenny makes it fun... and also keeps it very real. The community is very helpful and supportive... and the rare times I needed customer support they were great. Oh... and then there's 8-Ball and Solid-Jello providing complementary perspectives on VWAP trading. This is a no-brainer, people!
