I was given a payoff quote and after… I was given a payoff quote and after our insurance company paid off the FULL amount owed, they still charged me a monthly charge. Then they wouldn't answer their phones, or respond to me. I had to call the manager Venecia who was aggressively rude, she explained that if she runs the amortization for our account, it will show that they took a loss and she will charge me MORE without my authorization... this is the most unethical financing company I have worked with. I also had to ask the manager to lower her voice multiple times.. BUYER BEWARE.

AS NECESSARY EVILS GO. I believe that most sales people would agree that having financing for our customers is a PLUS but getting them financed is a PAIN. Steve B. at Balboa Capital has been great.
